说起来 James Comey被起诉还得感谢Ted Cruz, 本来他17年5月面对Chuck Grassley质询说从未/指使任何人向媒体泄密，已经过了lying to congress的5年追诉期。结果20年9月Cruz在senate judiciary committee旧事重提，Comey被迫再次撒谎说stand by his testimony, 于是到如今刚好5年，遂有他今日之祸
