I think so, now I just refresh the 'for you' tab to get the latest on Tesla instead of the notifications of key people I follow. Also btw, is there a major bot purge going on right now?
It's absolutely worse for me. Visibility is absolutely trash. It's frankly never been worse. Also, things are way too tuned to what I've been reading lately as opposed to who I follow. I see way too little of what I follow and way too much of what I'm reading lately. Just because I want to research a topic one time doesn't mean I want it in my feed all the time.
Regarding latest algorithm changes. It is running rich on an echo chamber of what I may have just viewed with repeat posts of the same. I would like to see more current posts, within 15 minutes, of people I follow. I am always getting some valueuable posts that are 1 hour to 11 hours old. Need have a UI that displays the algorithm as a 3-D cube the I can stretch different corners, like tweaking a car seat and rear view mirror.
Yes, but sometimes goes off the ledge: I went down a rabbit hole on the drones in Denmark and then my feed was filled with UFO stuff for the rest of the day. Wish I could tell grok "ok I'm done with the ufo's" and my feed goes back to normal.

Elon, kinda strange… the algo gives all the shine to big accounts, while smaller creators like us barely get a shot. Our replies do fine, but the moment we drop a standalone tweet—boom, it's like the algo is mad at us. We're putting out our best work, we just need a fair chance at visibility.
The algorithm is fine on my account. It throttles me a bit if I post too much, which is expected. I've noticed that multiple large accounts that create high-quality content have seen their engagement completely tank, though. They are community builders and sources of truth for people. The algorithm should prioritize them. Either way, the new Grok algorithm being implemented sounds like it will be fire.

I literally got three sensitive flags for posts about Big Balls getting assaulted. The pictures I posted were of the front pages of major publications. I was creating - not copy/pasting, creating - sufficiently quality content to get 50 million views a week before the changes. Posts that were getting a million views in July are now doing well to get 10,000. So no. I'm one of your biggest fans, and I love your stated vision for X. But you're making it unusable and extremely disheartening.
Got some interesting ML biology and astrophysics papers in my feed from the original authors. I would say it has been better for my science interest than before.

I liked it better when some of my responses went insane and even better when like 1 out of 20 of my posts blew up. It feels like everything is pretty dialed down now. Responses are lower & I could post 1000 times without ever getting out to a lot of people.

It's far too reactive, if I comment on one Democrat politician's post my feed gets flooded with politicians. If I accidently watch a fight video for too long feed gets flooded with those.

No. It's very simple Elon. When I'm following someone, and they tweet something, it goes into the feed. When you refresh the feed, you get the newest stuff that the people you've followed have tweeted. "For You" is pure slop and Following doesn't do what it says it does. Fix it.

I find it a bit annoying that I keep getting posts I hate simply because I interact with them, interacting doesn't mean I like the posts, idk how you account for that, its too much weighted in "what you click more of" as opposed to curating based on taste.
No. It's awful. 1. Liberals are shadow banned or have significantly lower comment response priority. 2. The impressions range has changed dramatically. I went from a consistent 1-3 million impressions per day to 200k-10 million per day. 3. Despite having more impressions, more engagements, and a higher engagement rate the creator fund pay was slashed by about 60%.

The algorithm is the god on this platform. One minute it is pushing trove of engagement your way and boosting your posts, the next you're getting deboosted and shadow banned. The algorithm sucks.

It's hit or miss with me. Some days, I might have some bangers. Other days, I can't even get 100 likes on a post with a following of 530k. When the algorithm is tweaked, it usually isn't better, lol. It still feels left wing narrative dominates this platform. Imma keep trucking.

Before I was getting 100 followers everyday , now just a few. Ever since you took over the platform, engagement tanked. In Brazil, for example, it totally flipped. Accounts that used to get a ton of organic reach lost space, while random profiles with no real relevance started popping up. And funny enough, most of that growth is happening with left-leaning or gossip pages, full of clickbait and sensational stuff. This really needs to be fixed ASAP.

Yes, the only negative for me would be that I'm starting to see some "repeat" posts over and over, basically the same post by different people get pushed. I get like 10 different versions of these some days, probably people are just starting to copy what seems to work but it does hinders the experience a bit for me.

Honestly, no. I used to find cool new users (or people to argue with!) by choosing the For You tab. It's just the same few people all the time.
I wish it was possible for the algorithm to boost people's posts to at least the number of followers they have, instead of stopping at under 1k views every time. Idea: If someone has 30k followers the algorithm should at least boost 1 post a week to show it to 30k people, sort of like the "boost post paid feature" but we shouldn't have to pay for reaching more eyeballs, Premium users should at least be given 4 credits a month to boost for free, or similar.

To Elon Musk and the 𝕏 Team, My monetization was paused on April 30 due to a TOS violation. Then on August 9, I got an email saying I was eligible for creator revenue again. No. The algorithm rewards low-brow takes and the mindless recycling of whatever happens to be trending. Unless you parrot what the big accounts are shilling, your posts vanish into nothing. It also punishes longform, which is absurd, since nuance and substance are exactly what should be elevated.
